Dear Young Souls, warm greetings from FOSA North America Group.
As we prepare for our 6th Congress and Bahamas Cruise Experience 2027, I invite every member to join us for what promises to be a memorable celebration of fellowship, networking, and service. This Congress is more than a gathering—it is an opportunity to strengthen our bonds, honor our legacy, and invest in the future of Fijai Senior High School.
This year, our flagship legacy project is the construction of an Ultra-Modern Carpentry Workshop at Fijai SHS. This initiative will provide students with practical skills, modern training facilities, and opportunities to prepare for careers in technical and vocational education. Together, we can create a lasting impact that will benefit generations of Fijaians.
I encourage each Young Soul, year group, family, and friend of Fijai to support this worthy cause through donations, sponsorships, and active participation. Every contribution, regardless of size, brings us one step closer to transforming this vision into reality.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is responsible for the overall strategic direction, daily operations, and fiduciary management of FOSA North America Group Inc.
Leads the executive team, strategic initiatives, and institutional partnerships across the North American diaspora and with Fijai SHS administration.
Oversees committee coordination, operational execution, regional growth strategies, and assists the President in organizational governance.
Maintains organizational documentation, official records, member communications, minutes of meetings, and regulatory compliance.
Custody of organizational funds, annual 501(c)(3) accounting, budget monitoring, and financial statement presentations to the general assembly.
Manages membership dues tracking, revenue collection, donor receipt issuance, and financial reconciliations.
Coordinates annual congresses, logistics, venue management, alumni meetups, and year-group coordination activities.

Standing Committees
Projects & Infrastructure Committee
Assesses school needs, oversees the Carpentry Workshop construction, manages contractor bids, and ensures quality execution at Fijai SHS.
Finance & Audit Committee
Conducts financial audits, verifies 501(c)(3) tax filings (Form 990), ensures transparency, and supervises organization bank accounts.
Media, Publicity & FOSA TV
Manages social media channels, website content, newsletters, and video broadcasts connecting the global Fijai community.
Fundraising & Sponsorships
Develops corporate partnerships, donor stewardship programs, and capital campaign fundraising for school endowments.
Membership & Year Groups
Coordinates with year group leads, maintains the alumni directory, and welcomes newly arriving Fijaians across North America.
Governance & Constitution
Advises on constitutional amendments, election procedures, bylaws, and ethical standards across all chapter activities.
